Emerald House is a newly refurbished 4 bedroom house in the heart of Newport.
The property boasts a spacious lounge, tastefully decorated with ample seating for all guests who can benefit from the Smart TV and complimentary superfast WiFi.
The dining area has a large dining table and chairs and the addition of a football table for guests to enjoy as well!
The large kitchen will meet all of your needs with the addition of a dishwasher to make things just that little bit easier during your stay.
Upstairs, you will find 4 beautifully decorated rooms comprising of a double, 1 king and 2 twins. The king and singles are zip and link beds so these can be made up to meet your needs - just let us know how you need them prior to arrival!
You'll find a main bathroom on the upper floor with bath and shower facilities and an additional shower room too.
The garden area is a great spot to relax after a busy day where guests can also find some seating to make the most of the space.
Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay.
