The family bathroom has all amenities needed as well as both bath and shower facilities and you will find an additional WC on the ground floor too.

The cosy living area has ample seating for your group and a large Smart TV with complimentary WiFi included. The lounge leads off to a spacious multi function kitchen/dining area with everything you need to add that home from home experience to your stay.

The kitchen overlooks the private garden area which guests will have full use of during their stay.

Please note: Our accommodation is thoughtfully set up with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for guests working or studying locally rather than those seeking a luxury stay. That said, we hope you’ll find it a pleasant and welcoming space. As with many homes in the UK, you may occasionally spot a friendly spider during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property and will find free parking on the premises.
