Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was spacious and the bathroom was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning - piping hot and a great variety.

Booked a twin room at this hotel to stay overnight with a friend to go to a concert in Cardiff Castle. It's a fabulous location in the city centre. Discount on Parking at the NCP was a bonus. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Would stay again 😊

Nicely refurbished older hotel with good climate control, large room, hypoallergenic bedding, wood flooring and a nice shower ( no shower mat so it was slippery). Breakfast was good. Room cleaned daily.

Only 5 mins walk to Cardiff Castle. Ideally situated for shopping. Four flights of stairs up to reception lobby though so you need to be fit. Staff were polite and helpful. Glad of the aircon on a baking hot day.

Friendly staff nice accommodation. Our room was above a couple of bars and was really noisy at night & also in the mornings with deliveries. So not a great sleep

Clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. However, our aircon made an awful noise all night long. I did mention it to reception but do not know the outcome of there is one. Also we were not able to take our coffee outside which is something I do every morning.
