We had to move rooms, because the carpet was wet. Want sure what was leaking. Had to move rooms, O my dad they gave us an obtain. The room they moves is in the towel rack was broken, was an easy fix just had to put it in the slot. Water leaked like crazy from the shower, when it was on. Parking was fun when the is no assigned parking. Breakfast and customer service was great, management called and didn't get to the phone on time. I called back and left a message, but never received a call back. I would only stay there again if I truly have to.

Our room was very close to Katella and loud at all times with road noise, also loud very late at night while people come back from the parks with no regard for others. Two of our four nights we turned in earlier to adjust to a time difference and were woken up. It’s an older property without soundproofing. The room was dirty in places, the bathroom could use a deep clean and the carpet was filthy. All employees we spoke to were helpful and friendly. It’s very close and a convenient to walk to Disneyland but the route back at night is quite dark and there’s not a lot of foot traffic. Probably would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and they made sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well kept, and equipped with great amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location is ideal—just a comfortable walking distance to Downtown Disney, which made our trip even more convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it was a great way to start our mornings before heading out for the day. Overall, an excellent experience and we would happily stay here again.

Front desk crew were super kind and accommodating. Gave us a place to leave our bags as we arrived before check in aswell as freshen up and change before heading to the park! The hotel is a 10 minute (if that) walk to downtown Disney where you can continue walking to the main gate of Disneyland or you can catch the monorail into Tomorrowland!!!! Would recommend and will be back

Staff was amazing! I checked in with Seema & she was an absolute angel after a later flight in. Our air conditioner was a little loud and kind of left the room smelling a little “damp”. Other than that, everything about our stay was fantastic! Will absolutely book again!
