I loved how close the property was to the park. We utilized the ART to get to the park and back. The room was clean, had all the amenities needed, and was spacious. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. They had everything you could want and had plenty of seating. For it being included, you really have a wonderful breakfast. The parking was easy and I appreciated that it had a security arm in order to get through. As for areas of improvement, the room has some aesthetic issues like poorly placed wallpaper that is rolling in the wall seems, uneven bulges in the ceiling, and there was literally no outlet right next to the bed (even on the lamp). I’m all for “unplugging”, but it was very inconvenient. Overall, it was a good place that felt clean and safe. If on a budget, I’d definitely go back.

Great hotel!!!

Amazing staff and breakfast. This is our go-to hotel when we go to disneyland. Walk right through downtown Disney for a quick security check, can even catch the monorail at the beginning of Downtown Disney for easy entry.

We had a one night stay here for a quick Disney trip. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The room was nice, clean and the perfect size for our party of 2. Breakfast options were varied and included hot food like eggs, sausage, French toast, potatoes along with normal continental options. Quick walk to Downtown Disney had us in the Disney magic! Not as crowded as the main Harbor Blvd side and the walk was so much nicer and felt safer. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was average, overall clean. Breakfast had hot options and large variety. Distance to downtown Disney was about 10 mins walking, so very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces. The only thing was that online advertised the parking fee as $20 per night, and when I checked in, I was told it was "recently changed" to $25 per night, even though nothing was updated to reflect this change.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times when visiting Disneyland. It is very convenient, just a short walk, about 15 minutes or so to the gates of the parks. The free breakfast every morning is very tasty and has lots of options. This is a great hotel and I will probably always book it when visiting Disneyland!

Clean property,very nice staff, reasonable breakfast. The parking situation is real bad for anyone disabled. No where to park when I arrived in the early afternoon. And no parking at night either. They’re all taken up. The room was clean except the tv and dresser was dusty. Other than that everyday they came & cleaned the room. Replaced the towels. Fresh bed sheets Etc. The tub was clean. Everything worked. The lighting in the room is super bad. Is extremely dim. They need much brighter lighting. It only takes 2-4 mins to get an uber/Lyft infront of the hotel. All the drivers are super nice & helpful. There’s lots of Resturant’s & some stores & Starbucks too bye the hotel. The hotel gives great free coffee & tea & hot chocolate any time you need it. Great service. The lobby is beautiful. The pool & jacuzzi are is very clean & very nice.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and included breakfast - but what impressed me most was customer service. Every employee we encountered was kind and generous - going out of their way to help us with anything we needed and things we didn't even think to ask for. From the maid, to the front desk, to the girls facilitating breakfast check-in - the people were just phenomenal
