First, I would like to acknowledge that the staff was very courteous and helpful. Aside from that, the overall experience was disappointing. The reception/front desk area had an unusual odor that was quite off-putting. The room was not thoroughly clean; I noticed dirt and dust throughout, and my feet became blackened after walking barefoot. The breakfast offerings were unusual and lacked flavor, making it the least appetizing hotel meal I have ever experienced. Additionally, the dining area was quite crowded, and while the staff did their best to manage the large number of guests, it was still very chaotic each morning. On a positive note, the walk to Disney was very convenient, taking about 10 minutes to reach Downtown Disney.

We were there to visit the Disneyland Resort. We didn’t use our rooms other than to sleep. Stovells is within walking distance from the resort which is why we chose it. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast was fine - fresh oranges, bananas, apples, eggs and bacon/sausage. A wide variety of bagels and toast and croissants. (We would use the coffee machine in the lobby to make our coffee). The rooms need to be updated, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good. Spa was nice. Close to downtown Disney. I just think the parking fee was too high. $25 a day. I could understand $25 but each day when we didn't move our vehicle seems very steep
