Great for Disney trip

First time staying here. We had a big family group going to Disneyland. The rooms were nice and clean. A little small but we didn’t spend too much time in them. Breakfast was good with a lot of selections but got pretty crowded. The staff was working very hard bringing out more food and cleaning the area. One of the rooms had an issue with the air conditioner but they replaced right away.

We enjoy our time here. It includes breakfast which is very convenient. Parking could be tough in a crowded weekend but there’s always someone of the staff that tries to help you. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable and the AC is very noisy.

Breakfast was well done. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools and hot tubs had hundreds even thousands of bugs inside of it. Sink in our room drained extremely slow, and the floor of the shower was discolored.

WORST HOTEL!

Rude employees. Fire alarm has not battery so it was making a sound all the time. The room was super hot because the ac is small and bad located. Beds smells Clorox. I was given an wrong orientation about my extended night, so one of the employees called me next day and basically kicked me out of the hotel at 11 pm, with two small kids and he didn’t even try to explain or talk anything. My family will never go back there. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The AC kept turning on and off every few mins making it impossible to sleep. The floor was so dirty our white socks were black by the end of the night. And you can hear everything had to turn on white noise on my phone. Honestly really wasn’t satisfied. Only thing that was positive was the staff I have no complaints.

I had really high hopes for our stay based off of reviews. We go to Disneyland often and wanted to find our go to hotel. I have a one year old who co sleeps when we’re on vacation. We booked the two queen beds. I was given two doubles even after I went to the front desk and asked I was told they were queens but there was no room for my son to sleep. Then the parking was not ideal. We couldn’t drive anywhere because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to park when we returned. One day multiple people were double parking behind other cars making it unable to leave. They were also parked in the thoroughfare. My last issue is the lack of maintenance on the rooms. Our celling looked like it was ready to cave in. The paint is falling off the roof in the bathroom, and the BIGGEST issue was the carpets. Our feet were black after getting out of the shower and walking around our room. My son walks and crawls around his clothes are so dirty after playing on the floor. It was gross. The outside is very nice. The landscaping was very nice and well maintained. I think they need to do updating on the rooms. The beds weren’t comfortable and you could hear the springs move when you’re moving around. I really wanted to love this hotel from the reviews but unfortunately being charged for parking and not being able to park or leave was a huge downfall. And the carpets.

Check in was efficient and fast. The hotel room was clean organize. Great breakfast. Overall the hotel was nice and close to everything. My only problem was the limited space for parking. The hotel doesn't seem to accommodate the amount of parking vs. the amount of rooms. It also share a parking space with a restaurant close by. It was frustrating to find parking, even if you have the priority parking permit.

Good distance to Disneyland but the property was dirty. We have stayed here once or twice a year for many years and this is the worst it’s ever been. There were ants in the room and it was questionable how well things were cleaned.

Good but loud

The hotel is nice. It's your standard hotel room. Nothing special. The swamp cooler was extremely loud everytime it kicked on. That was probably the worse part. The jets in the spa didnt work either but the water was nice.
