Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória.

It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Podem melhorar o ambiente

Gostei do hotel, no entanto achei envelhecido o ambiente, principalmente banheiros que por sinal com o cheiro muito forte de esgoto… senti falta de edredons… cobertores de lã ativa alergias. Outro detalhe é o barulho, não há um isolamento acústico entre os quartos, ouvimos tudo que acontece no quarto visinho, sem contar que por ficar próximo ao Porto a buzina dos navios nos acordam a partir das 5h da manhã

Muito boa!

Tirando a parte de informação pelo wpp,que viram mas sequer responderam,embora tenha sido num sábado de noite.Tem 1 andar com galeria de arte e um museu,de diferencial.Fica bem pertinho da Centro Histórico em avenidas principais,de fácil acesso. Outros ponto negativos foram: o apagar das luzes da piscina bem antes do horário de fechamento por 2 noites e as torneiras da pia do 1108 que estavam muito duras não fechavam direito e pingava água

Hotel atende bem os requisitos de conforto, limpeza e manutenção. Quanto ao estacionamento é uma parceria no estacionamento do supermercado que fica atrás do hotel. Café da manhã variado, gostoso e que parece uma festa de aniversário com muitas comidinhas e salgados, o ruim que não sai nada da cozinha e nem um ovo frito, sendo oferecido apenas ovo mexido. Rooftop bem legal. Há restaurante no hotel o que é um excelente diferencial.
