This is usually our go-to resort when we travel to Vegas, and we do have fun and enjoy our stay. This time I was very disappointed in the room set-up. Booked two rooms under my name, one was comped 100% (resort fees only) and the other room was a paid stay + resort fees and parking, no discount. I was offered upgrades for both rooms and was notified by email that they were BOTH approved. However, once we checked in to the rooms, only one was upgraded - and the upgrade was performed to the comped room reservation and not the paid room. They first tried to convince me that it was an upgraded room and that was totally false because the room type was identical. I also requested a fridge and didn't get one -but guess what? The comped, upgraded room had a fridge. It does seem like the rooms got mixed up by mistake, and they did offer resort credit as a nice gesture, but I wasn't happy there wasn't more attention to detail on that mistake. I wasn't even able to be moved the following day (even on a Monday). We made it work and let our guests that had never been to Vegas have the nicer room. But when you are the one footing the bill, it doesn't feel that great to get the short end.
