Great place to stay

Great place to stay. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with close proximity to Lake Tahoe itself. The rooms are clean, we were provided with plenty of amenities. We were not able to turn on the fireplace, but it might just be our own lacking. However there is room for improvement with check-in process. I was supposed to get the lockbox code at 3 p.m but it was not shared either on SMS or email, so when we arrived at 10 p.m we had to call the office, which went to voicemail asking us to call the emergency number. We did not official got the code until 10 a.m the next morning.

Love Tahoe

We had to leave after 3 nights due to my husband having a medical emergency. Very disappointed but had to get him back to Washington for the care he needed. Had nothing to do with our beautiful lodging

Nice stay with little surprise

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy house for our Thanksgiving break. The property manager was easy to communicate over their app / phone / email, (though my early query about snow chain requirement sent via vrbo was never answered. Actually the slope to the property was pretty steep and I guess snow chain or AWD was a must during snowy days). The house was well maintained, while it was aged. We were puzzled to see some tiny nuts in a couple of beds on the first day. Neither the property manager nor the owner had any clue and they refunded the clean fee to us. On the checkout day, we realized that it could be some chipmunks who stored their food.. And our kids even claimed they saw rats in the garage.
