We we given the handicapped room without request. The room's climate control cover was broken (fell off). We needed to request towels.

Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!!
