My stay at Oz hotel was amazing! The rooms were so clean and the building was gorgeous. The staff was incredibly hospitable and ensured we enjoyed our stay! This is located like 1-2 blocks from the beach and 5-8 min drive from historic town

The check-in process was confusing and I’m still not sure why our reservations weren’t ready upon arrival. However, the staff tried to accommodate us with slightly better rooms and it was a decent stay for vacation.

The staff was incredible. Everyone of them, from the counter ladies smiling and saying hola, to the gentlemen helping with the suitcases and serving coffee at breakfast, to the housekeeping crew keeping everything tidy. Only thing I didn't like was that OZ hotel does not have a pool.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessitates. The staff was outstanding from the front desk, bellmen/doormen, and the waitstaff for breakfast all wonderful dedicated and hardworking - they made the stay more enjoyable with their expert recommendations and assistance. The daily breakfast was delicious perfect to start the day. We also enjoyed the 6th floor balcony when smokers were not there - the views of the beaches all around. Beautiful. I wished I had known that there were 2 Oz Hotels. Luckily, they are right around the corner from each other. Lots of noise with honking horns and uninsulated windows, so ear plugs are required to sleep. Overall, I liked the simplicity of this hotel and so convenient walkable to the beach, numerous restaurants and shopping. Short ride via taxi to old town and the airport.
