I will be recommending Townhouse Boutique Hotel to any friends or family making a future trip to Cartagena. The hotel was modern, fun, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very friendly and the front desk was always very quick to respond to any requests and questions. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was fantastic - great delicious options and great value - way better than your typical continental breakfast! We made good use of the rooftop pool, which served as a much-needed cool down after exploring the city in the heat. The rooms were well-serviced every day and the shower had great pressure and never-ending hot water! Excellent stay all around!

A lot of amenities

There’s a lot of art throughout the hotel. The staff was really helpful and responsive. The hotel provides a lot of amenities. The rooftop is a really nice spot to hang out. The air conditioner leaked in our room, but the staff took care of it. I wish breakfast started before 8am, since most tours begin at that time. The music from the rooftop bar can be loud at night. The food was really delicious. The staff even brought breakfast to our room right at 8am, so we could make our flight in time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is simply unbeatable, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was exceptional, and every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean with modern amenities (and seriously the best AC we encountered in Colombia), rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was cute, and the location is great, with several restaurants, shops, and park squares in walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Property is in a great location. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. However I had a room on the second floor near the elevator (204). It was VERY loud due to the bar downstairs as well as the hall/elevator. It was also dark/no sunlight.
