Courteous and helpful staff. Bed was comfy. Location not only very poor, but extremely noisy and smelt strongly of sewage inside and out. Not ideal for holiday tourists - probably a good choice for business travellers. Not close to restaurants, shopping or tourist areas. Can not see the 5 stars here.

Wonderful hotel, we loved our junior suite room with one bedroom, a kitchenette and a large balcony. We were on a busy street and there could be a little noisy sometimes from cars and trams but it didn’t bother us. Convenient transportation close to the hotel, stores and a great park with multiple playgrounds for kids. Breakfast was good, though some items once gone were never refilled (for instance both days cheese plates were empty and never refilled. When I mentioned it to the staff that said it’s coming, but never actually “came”).
