Clean room. Great view from the room. Baron top floor. Breakfast was varied but just okay. Staff helped us get taxi. Offered us a tour, but we did it on our own. Great location.

The room was great, had an entire kitchen but the cabinets were completely empty. No plates, silverware, pots, pans….nothing? Wonder why have a full kitchen you don’t provide the other accessories. Other than that the hotel room was nice, freshly updated.

The price that we paid for, I felt it was not worth it. The room was Ok, the location was OK - not that convenient to big sites like the united nations square and the hassan 2 mosque. Breakfast was also OK nothing great.

The hotel was clean and good. I liked everything except the checkout. I didn't like how they tricked me into buying the complimentary stuff and asking me to pay for it. Moreover, they delayed my check-out almost an hour just to verify those items. I was worried I might miss the flight. There were items with price tags and those without, so we thought they were complimentary. Moreover, I couldn't eat them and left them there only because they were not good.

A good location with very good dining options.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The breakfast buffet was very varied, with traditional Moroccan items and basic ones. The coffee machine was self serve with a wide variety of coffees. Dinner there was very good and reasonably priced. The park across the street is amazing and the rooftop view shows many of the landmarks. The traffic noise does reach the bedrooms, which can be annoying if you aren’t used to it. The nearby trams are a safe way to get around, since the taxis have to deal with the erratic drivers, bikes, scooters, etc. the room was comfortable, although the bathroom was quite small.

Wonderful place to stay. The hotel is right in front of the Arab league Park and close to some of the places we wanted to visit. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well decorated and clean. The view form the balconies is wonderful. The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke english or spanish. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The place need refreshing outdated decide Definitely wouldn’t give 5 stars Breakfast poor selection when the dish was out it took them 25 min to replenish the dish When it come to the food all dirt of pancakes where cold don’t have any warming plate Definitely not what you expect from 5 * Coffee machine did not properly no coffee cups and rude staff when asked for staff I was told the food is coming and the girl was drying dishes When ask for staff front desk said we are sending some one no one shoe up I asked for laundry bags at the front desk because the phone in the room wasn’t working she told me she is sending to the room no one came Over priced for what you get not recommending this place there are 4 stars hotels for half a price better the this. I know that the reviews posted are very good apparently this people never stayed in five stars hotel or I’m to picky

The service was not timely at all. They apologized initially for not setting up the sofa bed and said they would come up to take care of it but never did. I called the reception twice to ask for a blanket and no blankets were given at all. We ended up having to use the bathrobe as an extra blanket. This is unacceptable.

A beautiful hotel with great rooms and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, the Hassan II mosque, the marina, Rick’s Cafe, and the Notre Dame Catholic Church. The staff was top notch and very friendly. They were ready to help with whatever was required.
