Neither of us could get the toilet to flush, pretty much ruined our stay. Staff were apologetic but it's apparently a known issue that is not being addressed. Yes, we followed the flushing instructions

Overall, the room was clean, my stay was enjoyable, the only 2 negatives I would have is, 1..there was a cover missing off the buttons to flush the toilet, 2... unfortunately I did not receive the complimentary breakfast.

Accommadation was good but expensive. Breakfast was terrible and mean with no fruit, yoghurt, no coffee for the coffeè machine .. We received half a cup of cereal with two pieces of toast and not enough butter no effect was made, Best to go elsewhere if that's important to you.

Bathroom and shower floor was the most slippery floor we have ever experienced, we are in our 70's and showering was a scarry experience. Floors like this can be treated with anti slip treatments, you must do this before someone falls. We won't stay here again due to the floor.

Acceptable accommodation, unacceptable noise

The motel was as expected, comfortable but a bit tired in places. The biggest issue was that there was a fairly loud party outside our door until about 10:40, like related to the hosts/owners. While people were behaved, there were outside and there was very little sound proofing into the room, making for a not very pleasent stay. Only option would have been to get dressed and go confront the party, not something will to do late at night.

Property was average. In the room there was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee. Coffee table was sticky and dirty. The whole place smelt like mould. Un plesant experience and no tea spoons.
