The hotel itself was fine. The common areas were bright and lovely. Our room needed an update. It was pretty outdated-bathroom was dark. The staff was all friendly and they absolutely nailed breakfast-it was amazing. The parking here is awful. The parking garage is about half a block away, not the one that backs up to the hotel, and no easy way to get back to the hotel so you have to carry all your stuff from the car. There are also no exterior signage on the parking garage to indicate that hotel guests should park there. The first Embassy Suites sign is about 100 feet inside the garage and you just have to be looking in order to see it. The outside of the hotel itself is taken care of. The immediate community surrounding the hotel is pretty run down. We stayed here on a Saturday night and there were very few people about. The mall seems pretty empty. The JCPenney across the street from the hotel is empty and closed. It was run down to the point where I felt uncomfortable walking from the parking garage to the hotel with our stuff.

Loved the lobby. The way the rooms face inward instead of going down long hallways is so nice! Every single person working there was beyond pleasant. The room and bathroom were relaxing and spacious. Clean and beautiful.

The overall experience was great and clean, especially for a hotel that has animals. The only issue we had was our arrival. The parking lot has nowhere to park to go in and check in, the parking lot was jammed packed with cars going in all directions and everyone was confused where they needed to go. It took a good 30 min. To get into the building to check in. With that said, we would come back and stay again.

Great . Parking Not so great

Beautiful hotel. Parking was the worse part. So go knowing you'll have to either pay $20plus for valet of $12. Or park in the mall and walk. Eating options are great and in walking distance. Hotel has 2 free drinks in the evening. Omelette bar at breakfast. Now far as room service( from the bar/grille), you have to go downstairs to order and then they bring it up, which is not room service to me. But definitely beautiful. No hot tub

Nice property. Room was fine. Nice happy hour with two drinks per guest. Definitely not enough elevators to handle the number of people at check in and check out. Also, not enough staff to handle the number of people at breakfast. Many items on thd breakfast bar were empty.
