There were issues with both elevators and the pool during our stay. But the biggest disappointment was the thin walls and disruptive family nearby. That being said, the corner window views were spectacular and the staff was very friendly.

The restaurant was short staffed. The managers (big guy and smaller blonde) weren’t really helping. Customers waited for drinks and some left. The thin, older woman was the only one getting drinks out and hustling. The younger woman with short, dark hair just talked to herself and ran around in circles.

Love the fresh air on the balconies! This is our favorite hotel in Albuquerque with a delicious Mexican food restaurant in the lobby that has inside and outside dining! Highly Recommended!!
