Clean room / bathroom - door was hard to open and extremely loud . Staff is always great and accommodating. Love the mgr Hoda and Shawn the host. Only downside to this stay was the parking lot was being reconstructed therefore we had to park at Qt and walk to the hotel on our last day . That was a bit inconvenient. Very busy area a bit loud this time . But the rooms are always comfy and super clean . Always a fav ans go to.

Homewood Suites was clean, quiet and comfortable, but a few hiccups. Had to ask twice for hot water in shower to be fixed (on my 2nd request I was immediately moved into a new room, took care of it but why did the 1st clerk not take care of it?). They were resurfacing the parking lot, one day they used leaf blowers which caked my rental car in dirt. Had to pay for a $6 car wash, no big deal, but really? I’d stay here again but they need to focus on the small details. I’m forgiving, but some people may not be. Breakfast…ugh it was free. Not bad but honestly McDonald’s is better. At least on day 5 they brought out the waffle maker that helped improve things. Again, it was quiet and comfortable. No major complaints. I’d come back. But I think they could do some simple things to bring it from a B- to an A.

Okay, this place is not good, and I do not recommend. That being said, I felt the staff did the most with what they have, and I super appreciate them! I would give this place 1 star if not for the staff. Doug on the night staff especially, wonderful man, went out of his way to help! There was no hot water in half the rooms and nothing you could do about it. I had to take a shower for my work event and there were no other rooms available, so I literally just had to take a cold shower after a long day of traveling. Felt bad. Anyway, Doug got me upgraded to a better room the next day that DID have hot water. Really appreciated that! The room was a bit dark and had baby ants everywhere in the bathroom, but at that point I didn’t wanna deal with trying to change rooms again. Breakfast was decent. I don’t eat that much so it had enough for me. Good variety. I wish it went a little longer than 9am, since in my time zone that’s 7am and feels way too early to eat. The lobby snacks are wayyy over priced. $6 for water! My friend got a cheese and sausage tray and it was covered in mold. Again, the staff comped her and did their best, but the place itself is dusty. I can’t say I’d stay again.
