Originally built in 1835, The Emma McCall House was fully restored in 2020.
Enter our M1 suite through a traditional Charleston piazza into a charming living room with exposed beams and brick complimented with cool, soothing hues. The ambiance is both cozy and modern. Enjoy the kitchen that is bathed in natural light and fully stocked.
This apartment has two king-size bedrooms, each with en suite bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the piazza or a glass of wine.

Offsite Adult Pool & Gym Amenity
We partner with an offsite resort called the Wonderer which is located in downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Our guests 25+ are able to visit the wonderer. There is a strict age policy, no one under 21 will be permitted (including the pool). Resort features : Olympic size pool (heated in winter) , Poolside Cabana (additional charge), Gym (classes at additional charge) , 2 bars , Restaurant , Private & Shared work space

Lots of parking in our lot. We guarantee one spot for each apartment and provide a parking pass. Most people park and walk but Ubers and bike taxis abound.

Excellent stay! Would stay at the property again on location alone. Extremely cozy beds. It is a lower level unit, so beware of what comes along with that. Very modern with everything you need for a few nights. Our only hiccup was getting to the Xfinity TV app at first, and the front door keypad needs to be looked at. Very nice property!!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The host was incredibly communicative and quick to respond, making the entire process seamless. The space itself felt like home — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. I especially appreciated the quality hair and skin products in the shower.The location couldn’t be better: walkable to coffee shops, great restaurants, King Street, and full of Charleston charm. Having on-site parking was a huge plus, and the property’s beautiful landscaping made it feel like a resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!The pictures are taken on the property!

Great place!

This place is in a good area of downtown Charleston. Only a block from King St. If felt like a safe area to walk at night. Nice parking area. Plenty of room for two couples. Two master suites with a small kitchen and living room. This place was very clean. It had extra pillows, blankets and towels. I would definitely stay here again.

The area is just beautiful. A darling unit with easy access to historic downtown and King street. Check in and check out were simple. Two rooms were comfortable and though one bathroom is quite small, it was functional. We LOVED it!

Graduation weekend in Charleston

This property provided everything and more to be comfortable and social in the Cannonborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston. We walked to everything we needed (dining, shopping, College of Charleston, etc), and loved the common area of the courtyards and fountains to the rear of the property. Morning coffee on the porch beneath the hanging ferns was a highlight as well. We loved the ability to be both indoors and outdoors. The perfect stay!

Great condo in a great location!

The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed. We used the outdoor patio almost every day and it was kept very nicely! Just a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Couples Retreat

We enjoyed the house because it was a nice communal of friendship after our days out. However the older homes lends itself to hearing your neighbors. Overall it was nice. Rooms are tight with small bathroom but expected for a 1836 home.
