I booked my stay because of the advertised shuttle service. However, I waited 30 minutes before being informed that the driver had not come to work. The hotel is not aesthetically pleasing. The TV in the room is tiny! Like 15 inches.... I will not be visiting thia hotel again

The Shuttle came very quickly to the airport. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay again. I’m sad that I slept through the breakfast!

The desk staff was not helpful or friendly. Did not seem to want to be there. Requiring payment for parking is confusing and time consuming. Not a good look for the hotel. Not necessary and bad customer service. AI features in the room were clunky and hard to manage. Good old fashioned excellent service and features would have been better.
