Great hotel, in great location

Great location, everything seemed ‘20 minutes away’. Very friendly staff, accommodating and a good laugh. Roof top terrace is a sun trap. Tidy spacious rooms, good food and drink offering. Would definitely stay again 😊

We loved this hotel. The room was large and very clean. We were on the 8th floor so it was quiet. The bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The staff were lovely. There are many metro stations nearby so it's easy to get around Madrid and further afield.

I didnt like that the pool was open to public on a day pass which made getting a sun bed difficult. When asked check in staff for dinner recommendation he just said go to this arealots of restaurants. Not too helpful
