The person greeting us at the front desk was the best! I wish I got her name. The hotel was without heat but staff provided us with some really nice and thick blankets. We enjoyed the pool. We didn’t need towels because they are provided for you in the pool room. We enjoyed our 2 complementary drinks from the happy hour. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Thank you Embessy Suites by Hilton Uptown Charlotte for a wonderful stay!!

No heat for the two nights. Staff lied about valet parking price and they changed my tip amount from 5 dollars to 45 dollars at the 401 social inside. Managers were very negligent and did not care about customers. The TV didn't work in my room and for 250 a night I have had better stays at motel 8!! Will never go back to the embassy !! Phillip as a manager is a joke !!
