NASCAR HOF STAY

We were in town for the NASCAR Hall of Fame induction ceremony (2/7/25), this hotel is across the street. We booked our stay back in June and with the uncertainty of the weather in early February in Charlotte the hotel’s location made it very convenient. Think possibility of 18 inches of snow. Shelly at the front desk is AMAZING. She answered all my questions when I called before our arrival to confirm my reservation. She was also attentive to all of our needs during our stay. She has excellent customer service skills and Embassy Suites by Hilton should have her train all their new employees who will have front desk responsibilities. Wanda “the omelette lady”, in the hotel restaurant, will put a smile on your face with her singing, smile and delicious made to order egg dishes. How she can be so happy at 0630 and the joy/happiness she exudes is contagious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR ONE IN THE UPTOWN CHARLOTTE AREA
