Everything was great overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming at the restaurant/bar. Food prices were kinda high for their restaurant. The pull out sleeper sofa could have used a new mattress. We were a large group of 6 and the pull out wasn’t even an option the mattress was thin and no support whatsoever.

Staff was very polite and helpful from front desk, housekeeping to valet and breakfast staff. Great location and met our misc needs in the surrounding area . Cons are uncontrollable by the hotel itself: bums near the spectrum center are an eye sore and smelly

The room we occupied was clean,quiet,and spacious. The one thing that I felt needed attention was theamount of phone charger outlets. There could have been more where a plug wasnt needed.
