Staff very friendly and helpful however the bed and pillows were very hard and we were unable to open curtains as we looked directly into someone else’s room. This might have been ok for one night but we were there for 3 and very annoying and made some thought could go into this room allocation

Great location near Central Station. Stayed 2 nights mid week. Had a quiet room. Furniture old but bathroom renovated and modern things like powerpoints and USB charging points at bedside. Bed comfortable. Basic buffet breakfast $10 for continental or $18 with a plate of hot breakfast

Very clean, quiet, friendly, helpful staff and extremely convenient to Central Railway Station, the Light rail, Chinatown and Paddy's Markets.

Clean and comfortable bed. Room small but OK for our needs. Very loud humming noise from outside, like a large fan noise, which was quite intrusive but fortunately stopped at around 8.45 each evening

Great old hotel upgraded rooms and a short walk from central train station. Easy access to tram and trains to visit anywhere around Sydney. Right in Chinatown for huge selection of Asian cuisines… Full English breakfast was great too…
