Staff very friendly and helpful however the bed and pillows were very hard and we were unable to open curtains as we looked directly into someone else’s room. This might have been ok for one night but we were there for 3 and very annoying and made some thought could go into this room allocation

The lady at reception was most unwelcoming and not smiling at all. She just demanded my driving licence, and said "Take it out of your wallet" No please or thank you. She was very curt in demanding if the woman with me was staying in the same room, and what was her name. Not a good first impression. The room was clean and everything worked well. Above all, it was quiet. We checked out just before 7am and the man at reception greeted us with a cheerful "good morning", so not all staff are as surly as the receptionist on our arrival.

Nightly cost now very expensive so shoild be much better. Air con was very noisey in rm 4-11Rattled all night both nights i couldnt sleep. I reported this. Wifi didnt work. I reported this. Bathroom/shower recess needs mildew removed fedges of white tiles. Not hard to do. I have white tile with no mildew.
