Staff very friendly and helpful however the bed and pillows were very hard and we were unable to open curtains as we looked directly into someone else’s room. This might have been ok for one night but we were there for 3 and very annoying and made some thought could go into this room allocation

The room was clean and tidy, the bottom sheet of the bed was crumpled, not sure how that happened. Reception staff need to speak up, very hard to hear a softly spoken person behind a partition

Yes...super convenient to lite rail (Haymarket stop) across a pedestrian friendly street. We stayed in this hotel 5 days and loved it. We would stay here again, but would book the room with the sitting area next time.

Most staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, offering a good, genuine service. The location was great, easy walking to the harbour, opera house and Sydney Bridge. Excellent priced evening meal menu.

Hotel is really well located for Central station, Darling Harbour, Chinatown. Room was nice and dark at night. Rather small, but quiet on the 8th floor. Basement carparking is convenient, but incredibly tight.
