I stayed 1 night. It’s one of my favorite if not favorite places to stay whether it’s for 1 night or a weekend stay. I love staying there. The people are nice, the rooms are always clean and the breakfast is awesome. If there is a room available when I want to get away, I’m staying there. P.S. Now I just have to remember to ask if they have a golf voucher the next time I stay so I can play some golf on my next stay.

Horrible check-in experience. Rude staff. Hotel is old and run down. Our room smelled moldy, furniture is really old and outdated. The bed was hard, like sleeping on a stack of cardboard. We will never, ever stay here again. Ever. Room was very expensive for the condition of the hotel. Room was not ready at check-in time. Lastly, the smell of marijuana on our hall was inescapable.

my husband surprised me with a ‘reset’ getaway for my birthday and this couldnt have been more perfect of a choice. im 32 weeks pregnant and he scheduled a massage for me which absolutely delightful. planned our dinner and our events for the nights we were there. the fireplace is gorgeous!! every staff member was helpful to my husband and his goal to keep everything a secret from me i had no idea what the plans were for the days and got to go with the flow, just allow me to not make any choices or any thinking which was great. everywhere in the hotel was clean and smelled amazing, the rooms were spacious and soundproof. struggle a lot bc im a light/sensitive sleeper and usually hear people moving about in their rooms in other hotels but not here. room service was fast and theyre very considerate, did not have to ask for extra sauce napkins utensils nothing they thought about everything. the included breakfast buffet was perfect, it was such an amazing experience. did not want to leave i will definitely stay here again

50th Birthday Celebration

Stayed in a premium 2 bed Queen Suite for 5 people. It was clean, beds very comfy and an overall nice room. Plenty of space for 5 adult women. Only complaint is the temp of the room seemed to fluctuate a lot.

The sink in the toilet of the handwashing was tapped. How could this happen if the room is cleaned daily. Even if we saw the different rooms were available we couldn’t change the room. Outside our room was the EHU running all night long.

Not as classy as Embassy Suites used to be

The stay this time was much less impressive than it is typically when we've stayed at this hotel over the past 12 yrs or so. The manager Wendy and two ladies working when we checked in May 12 were very nice. However not having stocked vending machines on each floor was a let down. And what was available in the lobby was sparse and quite expensive. Also the coffee shop should be open longer hours- and it was closed entirely that Monday too! The front desk staff the next two days May 13-14 were marginal ay best. One lady working the evening if the 13 said she wiukd give me a bag of water although the reason i didn't get one when i checked in was because i "was only blue." Very rude and condescending. And although the staff kept sending texts about the stay, two issues werent even acknowledged much less addressed! And the cleaning staff was not very friendly. And kne of the men kept banging in our door lime he was going to knock it down. Certainly our stay was not the classy experience that Embassy Suites used to be. Also- bed pillows were squares and barely ample enough to keep your head on to sleep. What happened to regular rectangular pillows??
