I liked that this hotel was only 10-15 minutes away from the Bojangles Coliseum, I liked how clean the room was from the bathrooms to the bed sheets and covers. I also like the variety of breakfast options, especially the fact that they had oat milk

A quality stay in Charlotte. Our first time at this location and would consider staying again. The rooms could use a little upgrading but overall not bad. Good size room but new mattresses should be considered. The staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was excellent also, lots of options!

The price of the room was changed on me. It was shown on Expedia as being $76/night and I was charged $102 and $110 which is a big difference in price. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation for the price change and I had to contact Expedia and was told that the hotel wasn’t going to change the price or refund the difference. That’s a crazy bait and switch in my opinion. Be careful when you book your stay at this location
