Staff was polite and the room was clean, but the deferred maintenance issues put this on the no-go list for the future. It was good for a comfortable bed on a short overnight stay, but honestly wish I'd paid a bit more for something better.
No Wifi, breakfast item or ice (ice machines didn't work). There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the front door was stuck (had to push hard on it to close and open), there was a smoke/burnt mark on the head bed, and only one small pillow on the bed. The toilet seat was missing a screw, it was very loose and a catastrophe to use the toilet. Only ONE tiny bar soap to use at the shower and sink (wash hands).The room was also totally outdated.

We stayed one night when going TO our destination, and one night on our return. The first night our room
1- had NO REFRIGERATOR (for which staff gave another room)
2- when going to take a shower late at night there was NO HOT WATER
3- there was only a sheet and THIN blanket; we asked, and staff provided additional
4- the sink was STOPPED UP and gave only a VERY SLOW DRAIN
5- the ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK
6- even though it is on the website and one reason I chose this motel, there was NO "BREAKFAST"
7- the room LIGHTING was VERY POOR
CONCLUSION: I AM ASKING FOR SOME REFUND AT THE VERY LEAST!!
Infested with cochroaches.... I would like a refund and this property should be closed until it is properly fumigated and mold issues are taken care of... I have pictures of roaches coming from all lights above the bed and smashed on the wall.... Completely disgusting and I'm surprised that Wyndham has its name attached to this property as I expect better
The property did not provide what was advertise and the main reason for picking this place was to have access to a pool, but the pool was not open during the weekend
Property is old and needs to be updated. Room smell like cigarette even though no smoking is allowed. Bathroom is worn and bathtub is rusted. Air conditioner did not work and only put out heat. Both ice machine were broken.
The location was fabulous. The room I had room 108 at pieces of drywall missing in the bathroom and overhead where the bathroom sink was it is though the place had lacked any type of maintenance and painting in the bathroom pre-bathroom area. But let me hand it to you. The bed was one of the most comfortable. I have slept in in a variable long time. He stayed three night nights and found it impossible to get somebody to freshen up our room even after requesting it it still wasn’t done. The manager bless her heart said it was my fault for having such a bad attitude. I think I think we started off on the wrong foot cause she was the one who checked me in and I really wasn’t getting out welcome welcome here, sir vibe it was almost like she was doing me a favor checking me in. Yeah she’s your employee not mine.
It was the worse experience, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke and mold it was a non smoking room. Cockroach and bed bugs, turned the sheet down and blood on mattress, the night clerk was nice trying to help give me another room but it was in the computer clean and ready but when I opened the door it was occupied with clothes etc. By this time it was late and gave me another room the towels were dingy and smelled I had to buy towels . Floors dirty in corners. In the morning I went to discuss it with the manager and she was very rude and could at least cut the rate for the discomfort. I had surgery the day of checkout not being able to rest for fear of roaches.
