The rooms was well cleaned, front desk was very polite. Restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced. Only issue was only having 1 elevator in service at the hotel, with as many occupants staying it was a nightmare waiting 10-15 mins each time to go up or down. Valet was quick and very friendly.

Conveniently located next door to the Spectrum center. The front desk staff was kind and filled us in on what was available downtown for activities. Their breakfast being free is convenient and it's decent. Definitely a great location as well. Valet was a breeze.

There was overnight consruction right outside of the hotel and where my corner room was that I paid more for. I didn’t sleep at all. I wish someone had mentioned there would be construction considering I work weekends and had to work the next day.

Well when we arrived we had to wait 3 hours for our room, then the water was not hot and the services was not great, once we did get to our room around 6:30pm when our check in time was supposed to be at 3pm, we paid $400+ a night and we stayed 2 night, there was no Tequila or vodka at the bar, disappointing experience and service, the following day room service came to our room and a Michael kors watch missing we search the room up and down and didn’t find it, we said something to the front desk, once we left and got about 25mins out hotel called and the watches just appeared back??? We felt that was kind of strange when 4 people in our room was looking for the watch, we arrive after the panthers game and house keeping was leaving our suite, I feel like the service was poor Had to wait HOURS to get on our room, We always stay at AC, and we wanted to try something different But the AC hotel would have NEVER put us through that and if they did they would have MADE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!! Never again with this, if I could go to the news station I would, was really disappointing for this first experience with this hotel…. If they would have seem like they cared, this review wouldn’t be so harsh, but my time was wasted, and again AC WOULD Have NEVER put us through that!!!!
