Sheets had a stain on them. Called front desk, they dropped off new sheets at the door. Everything else looked nice, but definitely doesn’t give you a good comfy feeling after that first impression.

Room smelled like straight marijuana, I had taken my kids to Charlotte and stayed in this hotel to be close to the arena. The rooms are rundown and damaged heavily and it smelled so bad.
