Just not a good experience. Room was pretty basic. Chromecast TV didn't work. I wouldn't recommend. I checked out the next day of my 3 day stay. Service was slow to respond. Go elsewhere.
Very welcoming when arriving. No free parking for customers. Valet parking is $42/per night. My room was fine. TV had a shortage in the cord so at times when adjusting it, the TV may go out. Overall, good stay.
The overall appearance of the hotel and staff was great. Unfortunately, the room on my first night stay had mouse droppings. Housekeeping responded. I explained what I saw and took evidence of droppings to the front desk. I was told that it was from the tv. I checked again and actually looked behind the dresser and corner of room and took pictures. My room was changed. I spoke with the the manager befor checkout to reinterate what happened to express that I should be reimbursed for the first night. She explained that because it was through a 3rd party booking that I couldnt be reimbursed. I will share this information with my family and friends to be aware that if there are problems the hotel doesnt deal with this. I will reconsider booking through a 3rd party. You get what you get.
The area surrounding the hotel is unsafe and filled with homeless and undesirable groups. Had to take an uber for a few block walk
