Our flight was cancelled so we decided on this hotel. We stayed for 3 days since the unexpected snowstorm crippled the area. It was very comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was delicious with great service. It made our cancelled flights tolerable especially since we had sb executive suite with a lovely breakfast and drinks with appetizers before dinner. Also the shuttle was very convenient. They picked us up at the airport and when we got a flight back they dropped us off at the airport.If we ever are in Charlotte again this is our hotel of choice

Great room, only thing that was not so nice, was waking up Sunday to the fire alarm and having to evacuate the hotel in the feeezing cold. Good thing the car was parked close to the entrance so we waited inside the car. Overall really nice hotel, we'll definitely be back

The hotel itself is very nice and close to the airport. All good. However, getting the van to come for pick up from the airport was awful! I called 4 times while waiting in super cold weather for 40 minutes. Bad job Hilton. It was bad enough that I’d think twice about staying there again.
