Our stay at the JW Marriott Charlotte was fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained—very clean, modern, and well-designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We arrived early in the morning around 8 AM, and to our surprise and appreciation, they allowed us to check in right away. That kind of service really made a difference after a long trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Charlotte!

Although there was some initial confusion about where my luggage would be held before check-in, everything else was absolutely perfect for my first stay at this property and my vacation in Charlotte, NC. The front desk staff, spa team, restaurant workers, and the room were all exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great location with comfy beds. Standard rooms are small and tvs do not support streaming from your phone. A JW should have better tech. A smoke alarm went off late a night with instructions to evacuate, but it cut off so fast it was clear it was a false alarm. Unfortunately, not all guests came to the same conclusion and footsteps in the stairwell kept me up for the next 45 minutes. Final complaint, room did not have any replacement rolls of toilet paper.
