Was close to the convention center, since I was there for MK Seminar. Bed was very comfortable . Had several problems w/ our key to the room; my cousin , was w/ me. So, if one changed the key because they couldn’t get in, it canceled the other one’s key out. That seemed to be the only aggravating thing about it .

Perfectly nice hotel, well located, spacious room and well equipped.Pool area is quite small but nice enough. Service was generally charming and pleasant but also slow. Dinner in Deans Steakhouse was very, very good even if it did take half an hour for the first drink to arrive. Dishonourable mention for the spa staff who ignore emails, never answer the phone and quite clearly couldn't give a monkeys.

One Night Stay

The wonderful lady at the front desk by the name of Khadijah went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. She was also extremely accommodating with helping us find the right rooms to fit my families needs. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and every staff member serviced us with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly staff.
