Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely complex in a nice setting. Free and easy parking. Located near wonderful Hagley Park. Easy walk - cut through the park to downtown Christchurch. I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel for a pit stop in Christchurch when road tripping. Very cute cottage-like hotel that was centrally located and provided easy access to the town center. Would stay here again!

Very friendly welcoming staff. In lovely position right opposite Hagley Park and lovely walk to Botanic Gardens and city. Comfortable beds and warm room. Nice bar and restaurant but near to lots of shops restaurants cafes
