The room was beautiful however there were stains on the carpet. The staff was wonderful and extremely kind. Parking was disappointing please not when you stay get the valet parking package. $48 and unlimited entry to the parking garage. If you self park you pay $30 every time you move your car out of the parking garage

The property is absolutely beautiful. So clean. Staff is excellent. We were there without knowing the Real Madrid team would be stopping in to stay. That put the staff under a lot of stress but they continued to be professional and kind. Definitely will be back
