The hotel never released my credit card hold, even after I called them to ask for it back. The charge was permanent on my card and I eventually disputed it and got my money back, but from my credit card company.
The airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5:00AM and it left at closer to 5:15. I was late for my flight.
Hotel is very dirty and worn out. There were large holes in the carpet in the hallway. Somebody stuck a booger on the corner of the wall in the room I was in and I guess housekeeping thought that they would just leave it there for everyone else to see.
The bath towels were very small and thin. They don’t do a good job of drying you off. Also, no shampoo in the room, so bring your own. I don’t know if all rooms are like that or if this was another housekeeping omission.
The front desk asked me when checking in if I had a room preference. I had to wake up early in the morning to catch a flight so I asked for a quiet room with nobody next to me. They gave me a room next to a guy that spent half the night talking on his cellphone.
I will never stay at this hotel again. I’ve already had to stay by the airport another time and I used another hotel, which was much better.
