This Quality Inn is under renovation, so if you look at it thru that lens, it's an OK place to stay. I personally only care if a place is safe, clean and has comfortable beds (and reasonably priced). This QI checked all those boxes for me.

The building is literally deteriorating. Paint chipped in big strips. Holes in the wall. Rust all over the bathroom . It’s just old and falling apart.
