found the check in lobby staff or not very knowledgeable at all of their own hotel one of the rooms we rented we actually had to use a bucket of water because it didn't have a regular shower the food was okay but super limited and very expensive for what you got all around i will never stay there again

Staff was not helpful when I was needing to get a ride to the airport. Refused to arrange for transportation. Finally got the security guard to call us a cab after she watched our failed attempts to get a Grab Car for about an hour. Customer service in the restaurants was not good at all, and the food was below average. The room and the property were very nice and clean.
