This property was very nice, without a doubt. Only complaints i really have are the fact my room (room 332) didn't have hot water when I took a shower, the air conditioner under the window was not adjustable, and the fact you have to pay $5 per day for parking (they take it out of the $100 deposit you make at the front desk). Other than that, it's in a convenient location for those that would be traveling to a concert at the PNC Pavilion.

My stay was overall pleasant, and the accommodations were generally comfortable. However, I had to give a lower rating because the sofabed had visible dark stains when we pulled it out. As a result, my nephew opted to sleep on the sofa instead. Unfortunately, the next morning, we discovered ants crawling on his electronics, which was concerning. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests.

I had an excellent visit! Such a nice and clean hotel with a beautiful view of the pool and city. The only qualm that our family had was that the pool could be kept open a bit longer than 8pm. Besides this, the gym was the best part; very clean with nice equipment and air conditioning!
