Completely my fault, I didn't ask for foam pillows. The regular pillows were terrible. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Next time I'll ask for foam pillows.

My initial contact at check-in was great. The next morning I saw in the bathroom what looked like mold coming through the wallpaper, I showed the agent at the front desk and was told it looked like something splattered on the wall but the location of the area in question it wouldn't make sense. However they did change my room and things were fine until check out day and I called down and asked for a late check out and was told 11:30 was the best she could do, however the app gave me an option to pay $25 for a 1pm check out. I thought that was a little lack luster effort to assist.

So close to the Concord airport, that it made my early morning flight so easy to get to! The staff at the front desk was able to change my reservation to accommodate us. We walked to the Texas Roadhouse right down the street and didn't have to worry about driving around a new town. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Hotel Would Definitely Stay Again

This hotel was was great for the money that I paid for it very comfortable. The staff were very kind. Everything was very clean and I was very happy. The only thing I will say is there was a few things that needed some repairs like the closet door handle was , and the tub faucet was dripping

The property itself wasn’t too bad. I found a hair in the bathroom area. There was pen ink stain on the sheets and one of the pillow cases had something on it. I just removed it off the bed. I only needed the room for one night and it was 10 pm when I finally noticed the issue. The front desk guy who checked me in was super nice so I am sure he would of fixed it if I brought the issues up. The front desk lady in the morning was a little on hinge in the morning. She did not come across as friendly to me. Running back in forth for the breakfast bar to front desk. I assume because she didn't feel the breakfast attendant was attentive enough. The breakfast attendant was busy trying to accommodate the amount of guest and restocking items. The sausage was a little hard but there were a normal amount of options to fit everyone’s taste buds. I requested late check out through the text request. I never received any update, so I called she told me they were fully booked and could not accommodate, which working in a hotel I understand to an extent she told me an (12pm) hour was absolutely something they were unable to accommodate which I could not understand. I did end up checking out an hour later(just because I ran into time issues getting back to my hotel) and housekeeping had not even made it to my end of the hallway. I dont think I would stay here again or recommend to my friends. Everyone experiences are not the same, so you may want to take that into consideration.

No hot shower.

We had no hot water our entire stay. When we told the front desk we were told by them” It’s booked full this weekend and that’s what happens when we’re full.” We were unable to take hot showers so that made our stay unpleasant.
