Some rooms reek of dog urine while others make enough noise to keep everyone up for days some don't respect others work schedules seem a few roaches in the rooms purchased raid to spray my room while there, other than that Ms.T is the bomb very sweet soft spoken very professional and very understanding wish other hotels in the area had staff like her she has a few other staff members that are good as well

Roaches crawling on walls. One big roach fall in the refrigerator when I opened it. Dont bring all your personal belongings in room just might bring roaches back with you. Place needs to get terminated seriously 😒

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Very unsafe for a family to be here. We paid for our booking, and showed up less than an hr later only to find probably around 20 guys just hanging around the parking lot. Partying, and smoking weed. After several attempts to get reimbursement, we had to just leave. This place will steal your money, offers no apologies for this kind of behavior. The only reason they can’t reimburse your money is because they need it to operate because of a bad name. This is nothing but a trap for those traveling through the area. Very disappointed in this place!!

Horrible, shady people hanging around the parking lot with the person checking people in. Took her 10 minutes to come inside to check me in. Room was terrible, water in the floor and coming up from under the tiles, door to the room would barely open. This is a $20 per night hotel at best.

When I arrived at 10pm, I was told they were overbooked and there was not a room available even though the room was already reserved and paid for. Hotels.com has repeatedly tried to contact them to confirm this so a refund can be issued, but has not been able to reach anyone.
