They refused to clean our room and stated they clean every 3 days and that was terrible returning to a room without the same towels not made bed garbage in the room

Dirty lobby and front desk. Unhelpful staff. Paid for a suite that sleeps six and was told there were no sheets available for the pull out couch. I was given a single fitted sheet for my two children to sleep on. Ridiculous. Seeking a full refund.

Staff was great.

The staff was wonderful and helped me change rooms when I requested it due to my personal request. Chami was great! The hotel is older and needs improvements and updates of AC repair and fridges. The bed was comforter and the bathroom was clean. Cleaning crew just needs to make sure the room doesn’t smell like Italian food.

The bathroom was dirty, conditioner dispenser was broken. We had trouble checking in took them forever to find my reservation. Hotel lobby needs a remodel. Beds were very uncomfortable. The usb plugs didn’t work and I tried all 6 in the room.

Ear Plugs Needed

Food was good, service good, beds comfortable. However the road noise was, loud! The hotel walls were terrible you could hear the neighbors turn on the sink, shower and flush so not sound insulation. Bring your ear plugs!

Breakfast was all but gone 30 minutes before it was done. When you offer a breakfast, have a breakfast. You know hiw many people are there.

Updated rooms, noise from freeway on back side hotel rooms, there was a leak under sink had tu put trash can under to catch water. Breakfast was low on hot food and no sugar. Minutes from lookout mountain. Fair price
