They charge a "service" fee above the rate paid to Expedia. Also must pay for a security deposit, but do not want to give you a receipt for it. Clerk struggled with the payment terminal. Very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE

I was there for 4 nights and the only night room service came to clean to my room was the first day & that was because I called in to have someone come at around 3pm. Another thing I noticed was 2 cockroaches as soon as I got there. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as I got there I had to ask for a broom to sweep my whole room. The were hair and dust all over the floor as if nobody had swept. Before I left I asked if I could get compensation and I did not get the help I needed. The owners & staff need to do better. I should be compensated full refunded on my first night when I seen those cockroaches and stayed across the street at the other hotel. I’m very much upset I feel like my trip was a waste:( Also there were some weird men on the 2nd floor. There was a guy that kept peeking through his door everytime I walked by making me super uncomfortable. DOO BETTERRR!!!!

You get your money's worth for a bargain hotel. However, I did not like the surprise $20 service charge, payable at check-in. I did not like the free breakfast - no hot food except the waffle machine, no high-protein food at all (no eggs, no bacon or sausage, no yogurt). I did not like the man at the front desk overnight - I think he said whatever he needed to say to get the person in front of him to go away, regardless of how true or false it was.

I booked this room for my father so he could come to my husband's funeral after his unexpected passing. A barking dog in another room kept my father up all night. My father asked the front desk if he could switch rooms. They told him that he "can't complain" and they kicked him out of the hotel. This was extremely stressful for me during an already traumatic time. I called the front desk to explain the situation and hope for some empathy for the situation and they were equally as rude uncaring with me. When asked for the official name of the business, they said there is no official name. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with customer service.

Im handicap, clerk said no room on first floor. Had to climb stairs. No safty bars in tub. Charge me $15 for something to do. With expedia Clerk didnt speak english clearly, couldn't understand him. Im 85 yrs old. Not a good motel for us elderly

Pass

Property seems okay. Beds aren’t very comfortable. There was no towels, soap, or toilet paper in the room. Hotel refused to refund the “service” fee stating “you could have come down and asked for toilet paper any time”. Front desk guy was rude.
