A beautifully decorated, 2 bed, terraced home with a small, enclosed courtyard to the rear and off-street parking - perfect for your Chester stay!

Downstairs
A spacious open plan living/dining area with a smart TV, comfy seating and dining table for 4. Past the dining area is a good sized galley kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs W/C where you will also find a washing machine. Step outside and you will find a small courtyard area with a 2 seater bistro set, so you can enjoy some al fresco time.

First Floor
There is a large bedroom with comfy king-sized bed, wardrobe and dressing table and a further, smaller bedroom with two, single 'trundle' beds which can be set up for 2 people.
At the rear is a beautiful, spacious full bathroom with overhead shower above the bath.

All linen and towels are supplied fresh and laundered for each stay.

Check-in/out
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy, self check-in.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

A pretty 15 minute walk in to Chester Town Centre, Handbridge is an extremely popular Chester Suburb. From quirky gastropubs to local delis, every taste can be catered for in Handbridge, surrounding the perimeter of the historic Roman walls. The Ship Inn is a go-to destination in Handbridge, overlooking the River Dee, you can make your way through the diverse food and drinks menu in an idyllic setting. Or if you fancy cooking in, there is an award winning butchers in Handbridge.

If you prefer a more traditional pub setting, check out The Grosvenor Arms. Boasting a friendly and relaxed ambience, you can enjoy delicious traditional home cooked classics and the pub’s satisfying cask ales.

There is a convenience store a short walk from the property and just a five minute walk away a good sized Co-op.

The property is ideally located for walking into town, or there are bus routes which pass by fairly close.
If you're driving, the property has off-street parking and within Chester there are numerous car-parks available.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

Also please advise if you wish to bring a pet as we will charge an additional cleaning cost.

A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;

-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
