A few basics in short supply

Housekeeping ran out of soap so there was no bar soap to use at the sink. Breakfast had labels for several items with nothing in those areas, a rather dim display. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the facility was clean. The lack of supplies results in my lower rating overall.

Good hotel with nice suites. Parking easy mainly quiet good options at breakfast but not always refilled front desk, staff accommodating and friendly. I need to get a wrist band for the pool.So go early

Staff at this hotel is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I think the free breakfast is nice and great they have oatmeal. The coffee is excellent. I was disappointed this stay by the area around the pool not being as clean as past stays, and that some guests were smoking cigars in the pool area which is not allowed. As a single guest, I am uncomfortable confronting smokers so I wish the area was monitored a little more by staff. I did have to call the front desk one night at 11 pm to request that guests in the pool area by fire pits be more quiet as they were very loud and my room was close to the pool. Joey did take care of this. Workout room is nice. Cleaning and facilities staff are so kind and accommodating. I choose to stay at this hotel when I come to Cleveland.

Our visit overall was good. We had a rough start. We got there a little later in the evening and when I went to check in at the front desk I had to wait for like 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. Once she did she asked my last name and to see my ID. She took my ID and gave me room keys and said I was good. We got to our room. Found there to be no wash cloths anywhere in the room. My husband went back down to the front desk to ask for some and was told that they didn’t have any and in fact they had no extra towels we could try again in the morning. I went ahead and showered with what towels we had and when I got out the front desk had called asking for me to bring my ID and credit card back down because they got us mixed up with someone else and gave us the wrong room. They did not make us move but had to make new keys. During this I could hear the staff discussing how they had rooms not cleaned by the prior shift and staff using foul language and unprofessional behavior where guests could hear. It made for a horrible first impression. The rest of the stay was fine, but that initial impression made me question my choice to book this hotel for my trip.

Great area. The workers were nice enough. The room, as well as the hotel itself could use some touching up i.e. paint, patching, and carpeting. The hallways were not as clean as they should have been. The breakfast wasn't as hot as it should have been. We are seniors and showers would be easier to get in and out of. The air conditioner was noisy, the bathroom door squeaked, it was very hard to turn the shower on and off. It would also be more convenient to have liquid hand soap instead of a tiny bar soap. The room itself was a very good size and had everything needed.
