It was fine. The primary bed is very comfortable. The shower is a bit outdated but nice water pressure. The pull out bed is unusable. The springs are right at the surface. We were hoping to have too beds and only ended up with one usable one for the three of us.

I called a couple days ahead of time to see about late check in and prices considering I was coming from out of town. I was told that I would have a late reservation and my name was written down, also that I would not have to pay for Friday night fee. When I arrived, that wasn’t granted and my name was never written down. I ended up spending more than what I wanted when I could’ve arranged properly. It was a HUGE inconvenience. The person at the front desk didn’t try to help in any way/shape/form considering I showed proof that the conversation happened and how I called ahead. THEN when I was given my room, it was not properly cleaned, the tables were dirty and there was still dirty wash rag in the bathroom from the previous people/person. I was given another room but it was inconvenient considering we had to repack and carry our things in the opposite direction after a long day of traveling.

Very Disappointed

I was very disappointed with my stay. I got there and the ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work and then the next day the microwave didn’t work. I stayed for three days and on the second day I asked to have my bed made and fresh towels brought to me and neither one of those things happened. My hotel experience ruined my trip.

I like the fact that we were able to reserve a 2 bedroom. Although housekeeping was not the greatest it wasn't a terrible stay.
