Loved this hotel! Immaculate, housekeeping was fast and discreet, beautifully appointed rooms. There was sometimes a loud vibrating noise - not sure what that was from - I was in a room at one end, so maybe building mechanical? But otherwise quiet. Good location.

Even after being a 4 start hotel, amenities and services are very basic. Room and bathrooms are tiny. No chair in room. Basic bathroom amenities. Similarly breakfast variety is very limited. Most of the staff does not understand English. Could not make them understand to get me a English breakfast tea bag. They did not print my invoice and did not email even after my call. The pre-authorised advance has not bee returned yet.

This is a nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located on the same street as the daily night market which can be a good and and not so good thing.

Ok but the AC is the most noisiest in the world.

Service is good, but the AC is super noisy and management say they cant do anything about it. Bad sleep of my life for sure. My 2 star hotel doesn't have this issue. This hotel is 4 star, why its like this?

Loved the location and staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Sizi at the front desk is so sweet and provided recommendations. Out room was always clean and towels were so soft. We loved the breakfast and pool. This is a great location to the gate, river, and all markets.

Property was convenient to the markets. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The front desk gave two poor recommendations (massage and restaurant) and might want to revise what they recommend.
