This hotel is great for value. It is clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our main issues would be: - the beds could use some updating. The mattresses are a bit worn and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We needed to ask for extras because of how flat they were - there was only one working elevator (two out of service) and it took a long time each day to get up or down but especially down Overall it was good and definitely worth it for the price. It is close to some great areas and very transit-friendly.

I honestly hate leaving this review. The staff are wonderful and so helpful not to mention kind! However, the first room I got should of never been available to guests in my opinion. There was actually a card asking guests to list anything that needed to be fixed which I found odd. The bathroom had damages to the shower that made the water go all over the bathroom and many of the outlets did not work. The ceiling was not in good condition either and needed to be repainted. I was given an upgraded room after consulting the staff who were so helpful. The staff and other employees are great and always willing to help. My brother has very sensitive skin and when asked they were more than happy to change the bedding for him every night. Its the little things that made it so much better. You can tell they all truly care about their work and work with integrity and pride.

The room was great and clean. The hotel is also in a good area with lots of stuff to do around it. Could be a bit loud at times as the walls are thin and I could here people talking and watching tv in the room next door.
