I stayed a few weeks and the first week the room I had was very nice and clean, and the staff was great. The second week I stayed and the room smelled like smoke and was rundown, the staff were still fine. I almost asked to get a different room, but by the time I got checked in, I was tired and wanted to go to sleep.

The outside didn't do it justice. We pulled up thinking it looked horrible, but as soon as we went inside it was amazing. Very modern and nicely modeled. The breakfast was amazing and sealed it. The cheese omelette hit the spot and the way pancake maker was an awesome thing for the kid. I would for sure stay here again if l came back to Chicago.

My check in experience was impeccable she kind and efficient. She was on top of providing quality service. The cucumber and lemon water were nice. The breakfast was okay but not special. Package oatmeal, fountain juice. eggs and imitation sausages. My room was poorly cleaned with a mildew like smell. Curtains were dirty and dusty. The walls had black nasty smudging. The couch and chair was well worn with numerous tears well worn covering. My bed mattress was so old that it was sunken in the middle with the springs protruding out. It was very hard and difficult for me to sleep.😬 In addition, my room had no amenities or other; just the basic. No clock or tissue paper. They provided a small soap and tiny lotion. The WiFi/Internet was not good at all it was blinking in and out. The bathroom had someone’s hair in the shower and on the floor😩.
