I mistakenly booked a room for guests with disabilities. I asked the employee to switch me to a different room because I am not disabled, but he refused. I then asked him to give me a room on a higher floor, and he refused again, simply out of spite. I even offered to pay the difference for a better room, but he still refused, again, just to be difficult. I am a regular guest at your hotel; I have stayed with you more than fifty times over the years, and you can verify this in your records The room they gave me was located near an electrical transformer or something else I don't know what it was, but the important thing is that it was constantly switching on and off every minute, and the noise bothered me and didn't stop even for a single minute. I was not comfortable at all during this stay.

Front office lady was really rude. No room service in 3 nights stay No trash removal Used towels never removed from bathroom for 3 days. No body lotion kept in the room. Window corners were not sealed properly and cold air pass through that. I have stayed more than 100 hotels in last 2 years for my business and never had a horrible experience. Nobody from my group of companies will reserve Best Western plus anymore.
