The location was great friendly and helpful staff nice comfy room.....i hate saying a negative but the air condition was really old and wouldnt turn off so i had to unplug it and the shower button was loose in wall so was scared to pull it all the way up and i was next to the ice and vending machine that people were using all throughout the night so lack of sleep saying that i would stay again but in a different room

Everything was okay wasn’t worth the price but it was the pretty cool our first night we didn’t have a remote ! 50 dollars for parking is also crazy but I’m new to Chicago I guess that’s how things are ?!

This is a very basic, no thrills hotel. The rooms are mediocre, as is the service. I stayed 4 nights and not once did room service clean my room. There is a 24-hour free coffee/tea machine in the lobby, which I did enjoy using.

Pool was down due to kids putting Easter eggs and breaking it, but it was not updated on the website, which kids look forward too. The terrace you couldn’t get too because of the pool closure. The best part was the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant.
