Clean and comfortable however there was a party going on and the music was blaring until midnight. We could not sleep through the noise! We could also smell the fires and smoking from the outdoor area in our room.

When we arrived the receptionist was excellent. Unfortunately one of the air conditioning units didn't work properly in the master bedroom and the next morning I informed the morning receptionist. She informed me that maintenance was not in yet but she would inform them. I told her we would be out all day but they were fine to enter to make the necessary repairs. 10 hours later we returned for one of the bedrooms in our suite to still be HOT! I went back downstairs and informed the receptionist that was working (who was also the receptionist that checked us in the night before) about the issue and lack of response to the issue from the complaint that morning. I had also responded to the "How is your stay going" text message which stated someone would contact me, which never occurred. Again this receptionist was amazing and stated she would have the issue addressed and would call in maintenance if needed. When we returned back to our rooms later that night the issue was FINALLY resolved. It shouldn’t have taken 2 verbal and 1 written complaint to address the problem. Thankfully there was one amazing employee that was able to address the issue and get it resolved. She even followed up with me the next morning. She's an asset to the company and you need more employees like her!

My room was big and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The lady that checked me in was super nice. Breakfast had a ton of options! My only note, not even a complaint, but I could hear the music from the bar next store until about 11. No biggie. Would stay here again.

Checking in I was told there was going to be a $100 hold on my card AFTER the card had already been charged. There was no warning of this on the website. When we got to our room we found out that only one outlet in the room worked. So we had to use one outlet for all three people in the room, which at times wouldn’t charge. There was no working fan in the bathroom. As well as, it felt like the walls were paper thin. We could hear loud stomping all night as well as music coming from outside of the hotel. Lastly, at times it was almost impossible for us to find parking. For a hotel that asks specifically for your make and model of car (which I have never had happen before), you would think there would be a designated spot to park. Overall not the greatest experience and we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was good. It is an older property that is maintained well. The breakfast was amazing. As others have stated in reviews for this hotel, the hot tub wasn’t very hot and had a few cosmetic issues, it was disappointing for me. That was the only negative part of our stay Otherwise we loved our room and the stay was satisfactory

Enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sports bar/restaurant Real Time Sports right next door. Breakfast was not great. Especially because there was no milk. How can you not have milk? And then, when it’s found out there is no milk for breakfast, you don’t go and get some milk? Now again, I’m rolling my eyes!
