Very noisy. Staff didn’t check for Bonvoy account on check-in. No Restuarant or bar. Convenient for downtown including L, the riverwalk, shopping and a few blocks to the lake.

I have pictures that the bathroom was nasty and I have asked for towels. It took them a day and a half to bring me. It was just poorly service and all this money I spent and I thought it was a upscale hotel. It was a trashy hotel.

This Courtyard by Marriott Chicago is located in really convenient area near restaurants, shops and nightlife. It can be a bit noisy as this is the heart of a major city. The rooms are nicely appointed with many amenities and even a mini-frig and microwave! A really good hotel I would certainly visit again.
