Because I had an early flight the next morning, I chose this hotel for its good location. The staff were friendly, and I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious. However, basic cleanliness is very important to me. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. When I went in to take a shower, I found a clump of hair behind the shower curtain. There was also visible dirt and grime on the shower head, the shampoo dispenser, and the shower curtain. Because of this, I tried to finish my shower as quickly as possible and just wanted to check out.

Great for travel being located next to T4 Heathrow. Covered walkway to the hotel. Free breakfast smorgasbord. Clean room. Only disappointed with the shower. It was set up for disabled guests and water was getting out on the bathroom floor.

I have no Idea what this hotel is like, because I was taken ill and had to spend time in hospital instead. I contacted Expedia to cancel or transfer my booking date, but was not allowed, so eventually, the room went to waste. It's a pretty poor showing for a company that I have used many times before. I will now only book with agencies that will assure me a change or cancellation. Of course, I have been invited to leave this review, because Expedia has no real interest in whether I stayed or not. The money has been paid; what do they care?
