Grossly unclean

Black mold in the shower, the sink would not drain, carpets gross with stains, some kind of mold on the bathroom door.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from Heathrow T4. Dining and drinking options are varied with the option of walking into the airport. Underground is 3 minutes away going into all the tourist places and T2,T3 and T5. The rooms and bathroom are adequate for a short stay. The windows can't be opened with no fresh air. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was decent enough for one night, but we found the staff to be less than helpful. For instance we asked for a cup of dish soap to clean our baby bottles (something we ran out of that night and there were no options to buy in the area) and at first the staff refused. We had to escalate to management, which was very disappointing, especially for a simple request that was for the safety of our baby.
