A great resource, 5 minute walk from T4. Other terminals can be access using several transportation options, some free. Great hot self-serve breakfast. While very convenient location, do allow at least an extra hour to navigate through LHR.

Everything about this property was great except for the bed comfort. I have no idea why so many hotels have rock hard mattresses but this one was no different. If the mattress was a little more comfortable, I would have given 5 stars.

The hotel is right at the airport. It is so easy to catch a plane from there. The buffet breakfast is tasty. I always find these hotels clean, safe with excellent staff
