I loved the fresh fruit-flavored water at the front. It was very clean. I wish they could have accommodated an early check-in. But the room was great! Very clean!

We were upgraded as our room wasn’t ready. Front desk staff was very friendly. Looks like the room we had has been renovated since some previous reviews. It was clean and cute. I do wish there was an ice and water machine (though the lobby had a cute small water refill thing) I also wish the shower doors, that both opened. Only one side opened so you got shot with freezing cold water.

Hotel sits in the middle of an industrial park, pretty isolated. The restaurant that is advertised was not open for lunch, which I was not aware of. The people, however, were great, and the room was nice and clean.

The check-in process took abnormally long. The young woman working the front desk, seemed like she didn't exactly know what she was doing majority of the time and was just winging it. Also, she had a pretty noticeable snobbish attitude. The price was different compared to when I booked it online, through Expedia. When the issue came up with the payment/price difference, it was unexpected. So, I needed to do 1/2 payment on my CC and 1/2 in cash. However, that was another issue because they don't accept cash NOR do they have an ATM. I also requested to not be placed on the ground floor and to have a balcony, which I was not accommodated for. I was not satisfied with my stay at all. The only positives I can say is that it was quiet for the 1 night I chose to stay, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

I had a long flight of 24 hr and the next day I was leaving for another 20 hr flight just needed a hotel with restaurant and bar to relax they had nothing and cost me much more to Uber back and forth
