4 star hotel, yeah right!! More like one star, a super 8 would’ve been better. Rooms need a major renovation. Tile loose with mold in bathroom. Sink water didn’t drain, wall paper pilling and a hole in the wall. Kids running around chasing each other on every floor and no one said anything. Hair was found on bed sheets( not mine) just nasty. Embassy chain should be ashamed of this location.

Overall a great place to stay during our roadtrip. The restaurant was a great addition to have for our busy day. Also the breakfast was fantastic. The made to order omelets were delicious and the fresh fruit was welcomed by our three little kids. The room was clean, modern, and comfy. This stay may have converted us to an Embassy Suite family.

Positives: Room was in good order, we had clean towels, clean sheets, plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was great, plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, chairs and couch. Breakfast was good. Needs work: We only had enough towels for 3, so had to ask for an extra set. Also needed extra blanket. Couldnt figure out how fan in bathroom worked and also no silverware in unit. Breakfast was carb and protein heavy, not enough greens or other vegetables.

Breakfast was exceptional and breakfast staff were very nice, ready to satisfy you. I booked 2 rooms, stayed in their premium suite, there was no shower gel in one room, 3 towels for the whole, bathroom light was flickering, some kids were screaming at 1am. We went to the front desk to request for room cleaning second day, the receptionist stated ‘they are very busy’ The pulled out sofa was very hard as rock and had body ache after sleeping on it. Struggled to fold it back. I called 2 times before leaving my state for a birthday shoutout for my husband’s 50th birthday, nothing was done. Overall, the hotel is old , carpet was dirty, weekends were busy. They have enough parking space. I’m not sure if I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was close to the airport, train station, shops, and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay at ease. Requests for extra pillows, sheets, towels, etc. were all sent to our room quickly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the drink vouchers were a plus! Highly recommend staying at this property!

Stay away from here

We booked the presidential suite for our family of four. But this was the worst place I've ever stayed at. They messed up our booking first (ended up being a blessing in disguise as no one wanted to stay there another day any way!) But like almost everything was broken. Shower handle broke off in my hand. Chairs were missing legs. Fold out couch was full of debris. Air con in one bedroom didnt work at all. Beds were hard has rocks. TVs had HDMIs turned off so you couldnt hook anything up to them. We asked them to bring up some towels since there were only two in the room, but four of us, and they said they couldn't do that. I'd never stayed at an Embassy Suites before, but this stay pretty much guaranteed I'll never stay another one. I am not one to write bad reviews. But this really took the cake.

The property is in dire need of a complete update. Everything is tired and old. I've stayed there for the last five years and nothing has changed and nothing has been updated. I keep saying they're due for an update, but they don't do it if it wasn't convenient. I probably wouldn't stay there anymore.
