This was my first time staying at a property like this, and as someone who is used to the regular convenience and amenities of hotels, I would not consider coming back here. Booking information was a bit misleading, rooms were tiny, the cleanliness was by far unsatisfactory where I was happy that I brought along shower shoes and slides, and overall the room reeked of mildew.

Brian and his staff were exceptional. They made me feel right at home from day one (6 night stay) Gave me several wonderful recommendations for dining and tourist experiences that made the TRIP. Everything downtown is walkable from this location especially if you want to get your daily steps.

The hotel staff was super nice, our room was clean and the location is great. Downsides are the no on site parking, no min fridge in your room and no ice maker/ filtered water on site. Definitely could use those amenities.

My colleague friend and I had a fabulous stay. We loved the bunk beds. The Found is one of Chicago's hidden treasures. Close to excellent restaurants. Very personable staff. The common areas, including the large kitchen, is scrupulously clean and tidy. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I was unhappy that the receptionist still asked me to fill the online arrival questionnaire even if I can hand to him my ID and credit card. I was put on hold three times on the line for more than 5 minutes when I called the front desk and tried to ask a simple question. The personal help part of the business was minimum and unpleasent.

This was my first time traveling solo, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they guided me around Chicago and gave great advice on which train lines to use. My room was a comfortable size, not too big or too small, with a hot shower and strong water pressure, plus cold air conditioning that worked perfectly. I’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Chicago!
