Overall nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Only thing parking is 2 blocks away for $60 day or Valet on the premises for $75 day which I researched ahead of time so I was aware but others may not.

Okay for the most part the room was great except for no microwave in the room, hardly any outlets in the room! In this day and age people have phones and gadgets! The tv was on the small side with limited channels and a guide. A lot of times we would go into the bathroom it would have some kind of sewer smell in it. The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired for who doesn’t have a waffle maker these days. I get parking is limited in big cities but 74 dollars a night?

Nice hotel, amazing staff

Great staff, good location, had a bit of a hiccup where the hotel overbooked our first night, and had to walk us to a less than ideal hotel. They did get us back the next morning which worked out great.

The Perfect Place

The hotel was amazing! The staff was so accommodating to our every need. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was so friendly. I enjoy talking with Javier and Diana every morning during breakfast. The hotel was so clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in the perfect place downtown Chicago near a lot of attractions and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
